Celery juice? I think I’ve never even heard the word “celery juice” for the first 22 years of my life, but apparently, celery juice is the new goji berry. But what exactly is celery anyway? What is celery juice? And is celery juice healthy?
About 4 months ago I first heard about celery juice from @medicalmedium. Anthony Williams calls himself a medium. That basically means he receives health and nutritional tips from a kind of spirit. He shares these tips on Instagram as a @medicalmedium even if many of his statements cannot be scientifically proven, he states they are far ahead of our medicine. – Sounds great, doesn’t it?
Even though all this might seem a little strange, I wanted to approach the topic as unbiased as possible. That is why I decided to drink 30oz of celery juice every morning on an empty stomach for at least four weeks. Before I will tell you more about my self-experiment, let’s get some facts clear.
What is celery?
Celery (Apium graveolens) is a marsh fruit plant of the family Apiaceae, which has been cultivated since ancient times as a vegetable.
Celery has a long fibrous stem that tapers into leaves. Depending on the location and variety, either stalks, leaves or Hypocotyl are eaten, pressed and used for cooking. Celery seeds are also used as a spice and extracts have been used in herbal medicine for years.
And honestly, if more people knew the healing properties of celery juice, something would finally be called super food for a reason.
Is Celery Juice Healthy? My self-experiment
In my four-week self-experiment, I realized after just a few days how healthy celery juice is.
The first days I suffered from mild diarrhea, but this seems to be completely normal. Also, I was very bloated. So, you really notice how one gets cleaned by the celery.
To the taste, I have to say that celery juice was not super tasty at first. But I got used to it very quickly and by now I’m even looking forward to it – probably because I now know how good it is for me.
After the first few days, I generally felt “cleaner inside”, my stomach began to get better and better accepting celery juice, and I noticed directly how my skin became more soft and tight.
Over time, I felt better and better, needed less sleep, my mood was better, and it was easier to concentrate. I never had any side effects following the first week.
I approached the matter very unconditionally. Ghosts, medium, and knowledge from other dimensions – I was not completely convinced.
In the end, I have to say, it does not matter to me whether Anthony Williams draws his knowledge from books, minds or his butt, celery juice has helped me and so I recommend everyone to make their own experience and give it a try ?
Anthony Williams has a great guide and overview of everything related to celery juice. In the following, I’ll summarize it for you. I emphasize again that the following text is based on Anthony’s statements and not necessarily my opinion.
How to Drink Celery Juice? Pure
Celery is really the savior when it comes to chronic diseases. Celery juice works best when drunk straight.
Sure, you can mix celery with other fruits, but it is best taken separately at another time of day, in the morning I recommend: pure celery juice, on an empty stomach.
If you drink celery juice first thing in the morning, it also strengthens the digestion of foods that you eat for the rest of the day. Even if it might taste a little weird, in the beginning, you’ll get used to it and it will be more than worth it, believe me.
Celery juice inhibits inflammation
Celery juice has a variety of powerful anti-inflammatory properties. This means that celery juice is of great benefit to people suffering from chronic and mysterious diseases, including diseases called “autoimmune disease”. Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, rheumatoid arthritis (RA), fibromyalgia, myalgic encephalomyelitis / chronic fatigue syndrome (ME / CFS), Lyme disease, migraine dizziness, celiac disease, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), diabetes, psoriasis, eczema, acne, lupus, Guillain-Barré syndrome, sarcoidosis, Raynaud’s syndrome, Meniere’s disease, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), gout, cervical cancer, stretching, acid reflux, dizziness, constipation, restless leg syndrome, tingling, deafness – and so on.
Celery is ideal for inhibiting inflammation as it starves out the pathogens, including non-productive bacteria and viruses such as Epstein-Barr (EBV). These pathogens cause hundreds of different symptoms and conditions that are currently misdiagnosed by many doctors.
What makes celery juice so healthy
Celery can starve pathogens and contains a variety of undiscovered mineral salts that act as an antiseptic. When these powerful mineral salts encounter viruses such as Epstein-Barr, HHV-6 and shingles; Bacteria such as Streptococcus; and other pathogens – troublemakers who are responsible for chronic diseases – start the salts, break down the cell membranes of the pathogens and finally kill and destroy them.
If you are worried that sodium in celery is a problem because you have heard that “salt is salt,” you should know that the sodium in celery is not just salt or the basic mineral is sodium.
Medical research and science have not yet discovered the different varieties of salts in celery and how beneficial they are. The naturally occurring sodium of celery actually helps to stabilize and balance the blood pressure.
In addition, celery juice does not dehydrate your organs – instead, it extracts bad salts from your body and replaces them with undiscovered cluster salts, which are much better for you.
These subgroups of sodium are one unit, combined with other critical chemical compounds of celery and information that are very active and helpful in healing the body.
Science has not yet understood or studied these cluster salts. The research will eventually show that these cluster salts act symbiotically and systematically to flush out toxins, dead pathogens such as viruses and bacteria, and pathogenic neurotoxins and debris from every nook and cranny of the body.
Incidentally, neurotoxins are produced by viruses such as EBV, which feed on toxic heavy metals, including mercury and aluminum. Medical science and research do not yet know that viruses feed on certain fuels, let alone produce neurotoxins as waste.
Neurotoxins cause neurological symptoms, including burning skin, twitching, shaking, cramping, cold hands and feet, balance disorders, dizziness, unpredictable heartbeat, insomnia and body twitching that confuse physicians.
Now that you know that pathogens like EBV are responsible for chronic diseases, you also understand how crucial the antiseptic function of the cluster salts in celery juice is.
Your white blood cells use these cluster salts both as a shield and as a weapon against viruses and unproductive bacteria – and that helps alleviate the many symptoms and conditions that cause them.
Mineral Salts from Celery Juice
Mineral salts are crucial for the optimal functioning of our body. They keep your kidneys and adrenals functioning and increase the acidity of your bowel so that your body can break down and assimilate what you eat, while the celery juice and its mineral salts balance your pH.
Celery Juice Promotes Brain Functions
The mineral salts are building blocks for neurotransmitter chemicals, they activate electrical impulses and support neuronal function. A brain with weak electrical impulses and weak neurotransmitters shuts down and switches to “low battery” mode – making celery juice a battery charger for the brain.
The celery salts are also an important support for the central nervous system. They are extremely beneficial to people suffering from depression, anxiety, brain fog, confusion, bipolar disorder, memory loss, Alzheimer’s disease, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Attention-Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) as well as people with concentration and concentration difficulties.
Celery also improves methylation, meaning The proper absorption and use of hundreds of nutrients, including B12 and zinc.
Celery Juice Supports the Liver and Cures Acne
Celery electrolytes hydrate at a deep cellular level, reducing the likelihood of you suffering from migraines, anxiety, panic attacks, and more. Celery stabilizes and supports the adrenals, supports, and repairs damaged cells in the liver.
And because the celery salts are antibacterial, they kill bacteria like strep and this promotes a healthy environment for “good” bacteria. Low-grade strep infections are often the root cause of urinary tract infections (UTIs), chronic sinus infections, acne, IBS, and small intestinal bacteria (SIBO), although medical communities do not know at this time that Strep infections are involved in these conditions.
Now you know that celery juice and its antibacterial properties can also help to cure all these conditions.
If you suffer from a thyroid disorder, note the following: Celery has the ability to purify the thyroid of toxins and promote the production of the thyroid hormone T3.
Celery Juice Cures Autoimmune Diseases
The prevalent autoimmune theory is that the immune system has confused and attacked a part of the body with an intruder, causing inflammation.
The autoimmune theory is not true. It is important to know what really happens with autoimmune problems: antibodies are present because your body fights a pathogen that scientific tests cannot yet detect.
If there are antibodies in the case of Hashimoto, it’s because your body is looking for the Epstein-Barr virus. It’s not that your body has produced antibodies that attack your thyroid.
In contrast to current thinking, the body does not attack itself and does not turn against you. Your body only looks for pathogens and only two factors cause inflammation: injury and invasion. Pathogens cause both. They are invaders – foreign bodies in your body – and can also cause injury and sometimes damage tissue that is on your way through your system.
Unfortunately, the popular, false autoimmune theory blames people for their illness. It makes people believe that their body has betrayed them, turned against them and abandoned them. If you leave the doctor’s office after learning that your body is attacking itself or attacking a particular organ, it can cause emotional damage, and that belief further hampers your immune system.
Your body is true to you.
Your own immune system will never hurt you, it only works for you. The realization of this truth can set the healing process in motion for someone who had previously believed his body was against him.
Autoimmune confusion is one of the biggest mistakes in modern medicine. This is a prime example of why more than 250 million people in the US alone live or suffer from mysterious symptoms and conditions without real relief.
What brings us back, why celery juice is such a big deal. When celery kills pathogens, your body is much better able to handle all kinds of life situations.
Celery Juice Balances your pH
Why is it so beneficial that celery juice strengthens the hydrochloric acid in your gut? Because hydrochloric acid is vital for digestion and keeps the digestive system alkaline.
Although we hear the word “acid” and think of “bad,” gastric acids, including hydrochloric acid, are critical, helpful acids that are not to be confused with an acidic and unhealthy digestive system.
When you eat, foods quickly get into the stomach to be digested with the help of hydrochloric acid. Although science has not yet discovered this, hydrochloric acid is not just an acid, but a complex mixture of seven acids.
If the hydrochloric acid content is out of balance or too low, your food will not be sufficiently digested in the stomach. This means that the food does not break down so much that your cells have access to the nutrients.
Instead, the food just sits there and rots, causing bad acids to form.
Celery Juice Helps with Digestive Problems and against Fatty Liver
This intestinal rot or rot produces ammonia gas that has the ability to ghost out of your digestive tract and into your bloodstream. It can also pass into organs such as the liver and brain. That’s what I call ammonia permeability.
Millions of people are experiencing digestive problems, and one of the factors is the permeability of ammonia and the underlying liver problems.
Another condition that worsens hydrochloric acid and produces ammonia permeability is a sluggish, standing fatty liver.
The underlying liver diseases are extremely common. The medical communities do not yet know how widespread they are or what’s behind those topics. A sluggish stagnant fatty liver results in less bile production, which means that the body can not easily break down and disperse fats, which also contributes to intestinal rot and increases the permeability of ammonia.
It is important to understand how you can support your liver, today almost everyone has a sluggish liver that is at the center of countless symptoms, diseases, and premature aging and death.
The best counter to that? Probably celery juice.
This is where our heroic celery juice comes in: It effectively builds up the complex balance of the stomach and the hydrochloric acid supply. It also strengthens the digestive system by curing the liver, increasing bile production and reducing constipation and flatulence.
By reducing the levels of pathogens such as bacteria and viruses as well as invaders such as fungi and molds, this leads to the increased intestinal lining.
Celery juice is one of the most profound, if not the most profound ways to restore digestive health. Celery juice is just powerful.
Celery Juice Helps against Depression and Mood Swings
We tend to be scared inside.
Nervousness causes these emotions, which we know as stomach beats or butterflies in the stomach, and anxiety can go deep through the nervous system and make its way to your stomach.
Celery juice also calms the mind and heart through the entire digestive tract. Use celery juice for its calming effects when you feel anxious, panicky, annoyed, nervous, threatened, insecure, anxious, or uncomfortable.
I could keep talking about the benefits of celery juice in all kinds of diseases – mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally. Celery juice is alkalizing, enzyme-rich, electrolyte-enhancing, liver-repairing, hypoglycemic, antiseptic and more.
Do not let the simplicity of a simple celery mask put you on strength – it’s often the simplest things in life that magically work wonders in complex situations.
Celery juice is really a miracle juice. It is one of the best remedies of all time.
How to Drink Celery Juice
If you want to heal and improve your health quickly and efficiently, the best use of this routine:
Drink about 500ml of celery juice on an empty stomach every morning. Make sure that it is fresh, pure celery juice without other ingredients. Celery juice is a remedy, not a calorie drink, so you’ll need breakfast after that. Just wait about 15 minutes after drinking your celery juice before you eat anything else.
If your stomach is sensitive and 500ml is too much, start with a smaller amount and work your way up slowly.
Use organic celery if possible. If you use conventional celery, you should wash it particularly well before juicing.
If you find the taste of pure celery juice too strong, you can squeeze and mix cucumber and/or an apple with the celery. This is a great option if you have to get used to the taste first. However, the biggest advantages are when celery juice is consumed pure.
