Celery Juice – What Is Celery Juice? Is Celery Juice Healthy?

Celery juice? I think I’ve never even heard the word “celery juice” for the first 22 years of my life, but apparently, celery juice is the new goji berry. But what exactly is celery anyway? What is celery juice? And is celery juice healthy?

About 4 months ago I first heard about celery juice from @medicalmedium. Anthony Williams calls himself a medium. That basically means he receives health and nutritional tips from a kind of spirit. He shares these tips on Instagram as a @medicalmedium even if many of his statements cannot be scientifically proven, he states they are far ahead of our medicine. – Sounds great, doesn’t it?

Even though all this might seem a little strange, I wanted to approach the topic as unbiased as possible. That is why I decided to drink 30oz of celery juice every morning on an empty stomach for at least four weeks. Before I will tell you more about my self-experiment, let’s get some facts clear.

What is celery?

Celery (Apium graveolens) is a marsh fruit plant of the family Apiaceae, which has been cultivated since ancient times as a vegetable.

Celery has a long fibrous stem that tapers into leaves. Depending on the location and variety, either stalks, leaves or Hypocotyl are eaten, pressed and used for cooking. Celery seeds are also used as a spice and extracts have been used in herbal medicine for years.

And honestly, if more people knew the healing properties of celery juice, something would finally be called super food for a reason.

Is Celery Juice Healthy? My self-experiment

In my four-week self-experiment, I realized after just a few days how healthy celery juice is.

The first days I suffered from mild diarrhea, but this seems to be completely normal. Also, I was very bloated. So, you really notice how one gets cleaned by the celery.

To the taste, I have to say that celery juice was not super tasty at first. But I got used to it very quickly and by now I’m even looking forward to it – probably because I now know how good it is for me.

After the first few days, I generally felt “cleaner inside”, my stomach began to get better and better accepting celery juice, and I noticed directly how my skin became more soft and tight.

Over time, I felt better and better, needed less sleep, my mood was better, and it was easier to concentrate. I never had any side effects following the first week.

I approached the matter very unconditionally. Ghosts, medium, and knowledge from other dimensions – I was not completely convinced.

In the end, I have to say, it does not matter to me whether Anthony Williams draws his knowledge from books, minds or his butt, celery juice has helped me and so I recommend everyone to make their own experience and give it a try ?

How to Drink Celery Juice? Pure

Celery is really the savior when it comes to chronic diseases. Celery juice works best when drunk straight.

Sure, you can mix celery with other fruits, but it is best taken separately at another time of day, in the morning I recommend: pure celery juice, on an empty stomach.

If you drink celery juice first thing in the morning, it also strengthens the digestion of foods that you eat for the rest of the day. Even if it might taste a little weird, in the beginning, you’ll get used to it and it will be more than worth it, believe me.

Celery juice inhibits inflammation

Celery juice has a variety of powerful anti-inflammatory properties. This means that celery juice is of great benefit to people suffering from chronic and mysterious diseases, including diseases called “autoimmune disease”. Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, rheumatoid arthritis (RA), fibromyalgia, myalgic encephalomyelitis / chronic fatigue syndrome (ME / CFS), Lyme disease, migraine dizziness, celiac disease, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), diabetes, psoriasis, eczema, acne, lupus, Guillain-Barr? syndrome, sarcoidosis, Raynaud’s syndrome, Meniere’s disease, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), gout, cervical cancer, stretching, acid reflux, dizziness, constipation, restless leg syndrome, tingling, deafness – and so on.

What makes celery juice so healthy

Celery can starve pathogens and contains a variety of undiscovered mineral salts that act as an antiseptic. When these powerful mineral salts encounter viruses such as Epstein-Barr, HHV-6 and shingles; Bacteria such as Streptococcus; and other pathogens – troublemakers who are responsible for chronic diseases – start the salts, break down the cell membranes of the pathogens and finally kill and destroy them.

If you are worried that sodium in celery is a problem because you have heard that “salt is salt,” you should know that the sodium in celery is not just salt or the basic mineral is sodium.

Medical research and science have not yet discovered the different varieties of salts in celery and how beneficial they are. The naturally occurring sodium of celery actually helps to stabilize and balance the blood pressure.

In addition, celery juice does not dehydrate your organs – instead, it extracts bad salts from your body and replaces them with undiscovered cluster salts, which are much better for you.

These subgroups of sodium are one unit, combined with other critical chemical compounds of celery and information that are very active and helpful in healing the body.

Science has not yet understood or studied these cluster salts. The research will eventually show that these cluster salts act symbiotically and systematically to flush out toxins, dead pathogens such as viruses and bacteria, and pathogenic neurotoxins and debris from every nook and cranny of the body.

Incidentally, neurotoxins are produced by viruses such as EBV, which feed on toxic heavy metals, including mercury and aluminum. Medical science and research do not yet know that viruses feed on certain fuels, let alone produce neurotoxins as waste.

Neurotoxins cause neurological symptoms, including burning skin, twitching, shaking, cramping, cold hands and feet, balance disorders, dizziness, unpredictable heartbeat, insomnia and body twitching that confuse physicians.

Celery juice is a remedy, not a calorie drink, so you’ll need breakfast after that. Just wait about 15 minutes after drinking your celery juice before you eat anything else.

If your stomach is sensitive and 500ml is too much, start with a smaller amount and work your way up slowly.

Use organic celery if possible. If you use conventional celery, you should wash it particularly well before juicing.

If you find the taste of pure celery juice too strong, you can squeeze and mix cucumber and/or an apple with the celery. This is a great option if you have to get used to the taste first. However, the biggest advantages are when celery juice is consumed pure.

I have been drinking up to 1l of celery juice for about 9 weeks every morning and will probably never stop. The Atlantic stated, “Actually, you can just drink some water”. Don’t get fooled by articles speaking negatively about celery juice. Most of the authors haven’t even tried celery juice themselves, so how could they know?

  1. I’ve never juiced before and I’m sure this is a stupid question but do you run leaves and all? Then strain ? Just wondering do you think you could get the the same benefit by just sitting and eating the celery? Just curious

    1. I always juice it all, the leaves, everything. However, the leaves can have a bitter taste. In general, you should have it as a juice, as it comes with many more benefits than eating it.
